NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — June is National Older American’s Month and caring for older parents is something that millions of Americans deal with on a daily basis.
Vice Pres. of Assisted Living Technologies Mario D’Aquila and member of the Connecticut Care Planning Council Henry Weatherby stopped by Good Morning Connecticut to talk about when it’s time to get a loved one assisted care.
We created this website to help you avoid some of the stresses we experienced during a crisis situation while caring for our grandmother. We faced urgent decisions regarding her care, but we didn’t know where to find the information to make smart choices. Our goal is to provide a starting point to help you find information, services and other resources in your search for senior care.
